Peregrine Consultancy & Business Solutions, Immigration & Business Solution

Immigration consultation

For: anyone planning to visit, study, work, join family, invest or move to another country.

What we cover

  • Your profile against the routes that are actually open
  • Which route fits, and which look similar but do not
  • What you would need to strengthen, and how long that takes
  • Where you apply from, given your nationality and your residence
  • A realistic timeline and sequence
  • Whether a regulated professional needs to be involved

What you receive: A written summary of your realistic options and a document plan.

Held in person at our Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam office, by video call, or by telephone. You receive the fee and the scope in writing before you pay anything.

Business consultation

For: foreign investors, entrepreneurs and international companies entering or operating in Saudi Arabia.

What we cover

  • Your objective, activity and ownership intent
  • Whether your activity is open to foreign investment, and what approvals apply
  • The right entity structure for what you actually intend to do
  • The sequence from investor registration to an operating entity
  • What your parent company must produce, and what must be attested
  • What is likely to control your timeline

What you receive: A written pathway summary and a document checklist.

Held in person at our Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam office, by video call, or by telephone. You receive the fee and the scope in writing before you pay anything.

How to prepare

You do not need to prepare anything to book. To get the most from the session, it helps to know:

  • Your nationality and the validity of your passport and residence permit
  • Your highest qualification and where it was issued
  • Your years of relevant work experience
  • Whether you have taken an English language test
  • Who would travel with you
  • Any previous visa applications, and any refusals
  • Your realistic timeline and budget

For a business consultation: your intended activity, your ownership structure, whether your parent company has a trading history, and your target launch date. Do not send documents before the consultation. We will tell you what we need and how to send it securely.

What happens next

  1. You book. Choose a consultation type and a time.
  2. We confirm. You receive confirmation, the fee, and what the session covers.
  3. The consultation. A structured discussion with a consultant, not a sales call.
  4. Your written summary. Options, recommendation and document plan.
  5. You decide. If you want to proceed, we send a written scope and fee. If you do not, nothing further happens and you are under no obligation.

What a consultation is not

It is not an application, and it does not commit you to anything. It is not a sales presentation with a fixed conclusion. And it is not a guarantee: no consultation can promise you an outcome, because the outcome is not ours to give.

Tell us about your situation

A short enquiry, no documents. We will come back with the fee, what the session covers, and a time.

This determines much of what applies to you.

Optional, up to 500 characters.

Please do not send documents with your enquiry

Do not attach or send passport copies, residence permit copies, identity documents, bank statements, medical records or educational certificates through this form, by email or by WhatsApp. If we work together, we will tell you exactly what to send and provide a secure method. Questions

Frequently asked

Can I book for someone else?

Yes, but the person applying should attend. Most of the useful detail comes from their own answers.

Can my spouse join?

Yes, and for family or skilled applications it is usually better if they do: their profile often affects the strategy.

What if you tell me I do not qualify?

Then you will have saved yourself a considerable amount of time and money. We will explain what would need to change, and whether that is realistic.
