Considering a different country?

Tell us during your consultation. We will do one of three things: confirm that we can support it, tell you honestly that we cannot and explain why, or refer you to a professional who can.

Countries we are sometimes asked about, and our current position:

Ireland
We can provide general information. Employment permits are issued by the Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment, and an employment permit is not a visa: visa-required nationals still need an entry visa.
United States
Information only. Paid representation before US immigration authorities is restricted to attorneys and accredited representatives, so we do not offer application support.
New Zealand
Not currently supported. New Zealand requires immigration advisers to be licensed, including advisers working from outside New Zealand. We will not advise on New Zealand routes unless we are working with a licensed New Zealand adviser.
Japan, South Korea
Information only. The main talent and job-seeking routes in both countries are narrower than they are often presented: for example, Japan's J-Find route is aimed at graduates of universities ranked in the top 100 of at least two major world rankings. We will explain the position, but we do not market these as general routes.

Country and Position

How our destination support works

For each destination we tell you three things on the page itself:

  • Which routes we currently support and which we do not.
  • Whether that country requires a licensed representative, and how we work if it does.
  • When the page was last checked against the destination's own immigration authority.

Why nationality matters more than residence

The country that issued your passport usually determines what you must apply for. Your residence in Saudi Arabia usually determines where you apply and which mission or visa application centre has jurisdiction over you.

The clearest example is short visits to the United Kingdom. Saudi nationals have used the UK Electronic Travel Authorisation since February 2024. Holders of many other passports living in the same city still need a full Standard Visitor visa. Same destination, same city, different process.

Questions

Frequently asked

Why don't you cover more countries?

Because information that is not maintained becomes wrong, and wrong immigration information is expensive for the person acting on it. We would rather add a destination when we can support it properly.

Will you add more destinations?

Yes, as our capability and partnerships allow. Any new destination page will follow the same rules: verified routes, a stated service model, and a review date.

Can you help if my destination is not listed?

We can usually help with the parts that are the same everywhere: document attestation, translation, and preparing your evidence. We will be clear about where our support ends.
