These terms apply to your use of this website and, where stated, to the services we provide. Where you engage us for a specific service, that engagement is governed by the written scope and fee agreement we provide, which takes precedence over these terms to the extent of any conflict.
Nature of our services
Peregrine provides consultancy, coordination and support services. Specifically:
- We advise on immigration routes, prepare documentation and support applications
- We coordinate business registration, licensing and corporate administration in Saudi Arabia
- We identify where a licensed or regulated professional is required, and refer accordingly
We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice or legal representation. We do not provide tax advice, audit services, investment advice, recruitment services or property services. Where your matter requires any of these, we will tell you and you should engage a qualified professional. Some countries restrict immigration advice and representation to professionals licensed in that country. Where that applies to your matter, we will tell you before you engage us and explain how we can and cannot assist.
No guarantee of outcome
Immigration, visa, residency, licensing and registration decisions are made by government authorities. We do not control those decisions and we do not influence them.
We do not guarantee any outcome. We make no representation that an application will be approved, that a licence will be granted, that employment will be obtained, or that any process will be completed within a particular time.
Any timeline we give is an estimate based on information published by the relevant authority at the time. Authorities change their processing times without notice.

The information on this website is general and is provided for guidance. It is not advice on your particular circumstances.
Immigration and business rules change frequently. We check our pages against official sources and show a review date, but rules can change between reviews. Always confirm the current position with the relevant authority, or with us in a consultation, before acting.
We are not responsible for loss arising from reliance on general information published on this website in place of advice on your own circumstances.
Your responsibilities
When you engage us, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete and truthful information
- Disclose all previous applications, refusals, and any immigration or criminal history
- Provide documents promptly when requested
- Tell us immediately if your circumstances change
- Not ask us to submit information you know to be false or misleading
We will not submit an application containing information we know or suspect to be false. If we discover that information you have given us is untrue, we may end the engagement immediately. Non-disclosure of a previous refusal is treated seriously by every authority we deal with, usually more seriously than the refusal itself.
Fees and payment
Our fees are set out in the written scope we provide before work begins. No work begins until you have accepted that scope in writing.
Government fees, third-party fees, translation costs, attestation costs and courier costs are separate from our fees and are payable by you. These are set by the relevant body and can change.
Confidentiality
We keep your information confidential and use it only for the purposes of your matter, except where disclosure is required by law or is necessary to provide the service you have engaged us for. See our Privacy Policy.
Documents
We request personal and corporate documents only through a secure process, after engagement. Do not send documents through the website forms, ordinary email or public WhatsApp chat. We are not responsible for documents sent to us by insecure means before we have established a secure channel.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, guides, checklists and design, belongs to Peregrine or its licensors. You may read and print it for your own use. You may not republish or reproduce it commercially without our written permission.
Third-party links
This website links to government and other third-party websites. We link to official sources so you can verify what we tell you. We are not responsible for the content of those websites.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with our service, contact info@peregrineconsultancy.org. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond fully.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the foot of this page shows when they last changed. The terms in force when you engage us apply to that engagement.
