International immigration
International Immigration, Visas and Residency
Moving to another country is a sequence of decisions, not a single application. Which route fits your profile. Whether you meet the requirements today or need to prepare first. Which documents you need, who issues them, and how long they take. Where you apply from, given the passport you hold and your residence in Saudi Arabia.
Peregrine works through that sequence with you. We are a consultancy: we advise, we prepare, we support, and we tell you clearly when a regulated professional needs to be involved.
Who this service is for
- Foreign nationals living, working or studying in Saudi Arabia
- Saudi nationals planning to travel, study or invest abroad
- Families planning a move together or applying to join a relative
- Professionals assessing whether skilled migration is realistic for them
- Employers supporting staff and their families with international moves
What we help with
- Immigration consultation and eligibility review
- A structured discussion of your profile against the routes that are actually open, ending with a written summary of your realistic options.
- Route selection
- Choosing between routes that look similar but work very differently, such as a sponsored work visa and a points-based skilled route.
- Document preparation
- Building a complete, consistent document set: what is required, who issues it, what order to obtain it in, and what commonly goes wrong.
- Application support
- Helping you complete forms accurately, assemble evidence, and understand each stage.
- Attestation, translation and appointment coordination
- Preparing Saudi-issued and home-country documents so they are accepted, and coordinating appointments, biometrics and medical steps where these apply.
- Refusal review and reapplication support
- Understanding why an application was refused and whether a further application is sensible.
- Referral to regulated professionals
- Where a destination country requires a licensed adviser or lawyer, we identify that requirement and connect you appropriately.
What we do not do
We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal representation. We do not lodge applications in our own name where a destination country restricts that to licensed representatives. We do not guarantee outcomes, and we do not offer job placement.

Service and Who it is for
How our consultation works
- Short enquiry. Name, contact details, nationality, and what you are trying to achieve. No documents.
- Consultation. A structured discussion of your profile, your goal and your timeline.
- Written route summary. Which routes are realistically open, which are not, and why.
- Document plan. What you need, in what order, and who issues it.
- Support or referral. We support the application, or we identify the regulated professional who must.
Where you apply from matters
Two people sitting in the same Riyadh office can face completely different processes, because visa requirements generally follow the passport you hold rather than where you live. Your residence in Saudi Arabia usually determines where you apply, including which mission or visa application centre has jurisdiction over you, while your nationality usually determines what you must apply for.
This is one of the first things we clarify, because it changes the timeline, the documents and sometimes the route itself.
Common reasons applications are delayed or refused
- Documents that do not match: names spelled differently across passport, degree certificate and residence permit
- Missing attestation or translation, or attestation done in the wrong order
- Financial evidence that does not meet the destination country's format requirements
- Gaps in the application history that are not explained
- Applying under a route the applicant does not actually qualify for
- Previous refusals not declared

Questions
Frequently asked
Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No, and no consultancy can. Decisions are made by the destination country's immigration authority. What we can do is make sure the route is right, the evidence is complete, and the application is consistent.
Are you licensed immigration advisers?
Peregrine is a consultancy registered in Saudi Arabia. Some countries restrict paid immigration advice and representation to professionals licensed in that country. Where this applies to your case, we tell you before you engage us and we explain who can act for you.
Do I need to send my passport or documents to enquire?
No. Please do not send identity documents, bank statements or certificates through the website form, email or WhatsApp. If we work together, documents are requested through a secure process after engagement.
How long does an application take?
Processing times are set by the destination authority and change regularly. We will point you to the authority's current published times rather than quote a figure we cannot control.
What does a consultation cost?
You will always receive the fee and the scope in writing before you pay.
