PRO services
Government, PRO and Corporate Support in Saudi Arabia
Saudi Arabia's corporate administration runs through a set of government platforms, each handling a different part of the employment and compliance cycle. They are connected, and a problem on one usually surfaces on another.
Most companies do not need to become experts in all of them. They need someone who tracks what is due, prepares it correctly, and tells them early when something is about to become a problem.
The client problem
Renewals fall due on different cycles. An establishment file has an issue that blocks a visa request. A residence permit expires while an employee is on leave. A wage submission is rejected and affects a compliance rating. None of these are complicated individually. Together, without someone tracking them, they cause real disruption.

Platform or authority and What it covers
What our coordination includes
- Employee documentation
- Work permits, contract registration, residence permit issuance and renewal, exit and re-entry processing, dependant documentation.
- Company documentation
- Commercial Registration renewals and amendments, Chamber of Commerce membership, national address updates, establishment file maintenance.
- Renewal tracking
- A schedule of what falls due and when, with advance notice, so renewals are planned rather than urgent.
- Attestation and translation
- Corporate and employee documents, including the apostille route where the countries involved are parties to the Hague Convention. Saudi Arabia has been a party since 7 December 2022, which changed the process for documents moving between Saudi Arabia and other member states.
- Compliance support
- Explaining what an obligation requires, what evidence is needed, and what the consequences of missing it are.
- Employee onboarding and offboarding
- Coordinating the documentation cycle from arrival to final exit.
What we do not do
- We do not have privileged access to any government platform or authority
- We cannot expedite a government decision
- We do not provide legal advice or represent clients in disputes
- We do not provide tax advice or file tax returns: we coordinate registration and work alongside qualified professionals
- We do not act outside the authorisation you give us
What we need from you
- A valid Commercial Registration and an active establishment file
- Written authorisation for the specific services you want us to handle
- Access arrangements agreed in writing, with defined scope
- Accurate employee data and documents
- Timely instructions, particularly on renewals
Common issues we help resolve
- Renewals missed because nobody was tracking the cycle
- Establishment file issues blocking visa or transfer requests
- Employee documents that do not match across systems
- Wage submissions rejected for formatting or timing errors
- Attestation done through the wrong route for the countries involved
- Compliance ratings affected by administrative rather than substantive failures

Questions
Frequently asked
Can you access our company accounts on government platforms?
Only with your written authorisation, for a defined scope. We will not ask for broader access than the work requires.
Can you speed up a government process?
No. We can make sure a submission is complete and correct first time, which is what prevents avoidable delay.
Do you handle VAT filing?
We coordinate ZATCA registration. Filing and tax advice are matters for qualified tax professionals, and we will work alongside them.
Can you take over renewals for our whole workforce?
Yes, that is the most common form of this engagement.
Do you handle attestation for employee documents?
Yes: for both Saudi-issued and overseas documents. See Application & Document Support.
